Cancelling — the simple way

You can end the Standard Membership at any time. In the app: Account → Settings → Subscription. Or informally, by message to admin@unitorly.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Your account then switches automatically to the free version — nothing is deleted, and you can come back whenever you like.

Right of withdrawal

Under Swiss law there is no general statutory right of withdrawal for contracts about digital services concluded online. For users resident in the EEA, the following notice applies.

For consumers in the EEA

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, an unambiguous statement to admin@unitorly.com is sufficient. To meet the deadline it is enough to send the notification before the period expires.

If you withdraw effectively, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days, using the same means of payment.

Early expiry of the right

If you expressly request that we begin performing the service before the withdrawal period ends, and confirm at the same time that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, then it expires accordingly. If you have used the service only in part during the period, we may retain a reasonable amount for the service already provided.

What about the free version?

There is nothing to withdraw from for free use — no payment obligation arises. You can delete your account yourself at any time.
